WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO MAKE A LIMO RESERVATION?
We require a valid credit card to reserve your requested reservation. It ensures us that your reservation is valid and committed with us. It's not about trust, but because there are so many inquires for our limo services, we book on a first reserved first served basis, and we take your credit card info to ensure your service request is met by both parties.
Your credit card information is taken as an initial form of payment to keep things easy and efficient for you. You may pay with cash if you choose to after your service with us has been concluded.
WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IF I DON'T USE YOUR LIMO SERVICE?
Yes and no.
Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel your limousine reservation with us 1 day ahead of time.
If so happens that you miss your reserved limo service without prior notice (at least 1 day), your credit card will be charged for the price of the limo service you had booked for.
WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED IF I MISSED MY LIMO SERVICE?
If you haven't cancelled your limo reservation at least 1 day in advance of your reserved service date, your credit card may be charged for the missed service you have made a reservation for. This is for several reasons:
Because of our first reserved first served "policy", we commit to the first booking of the specified service, date, and time. Whereas, there could be another another VIP customer we could have served for the missed time. We implement this to keep costs low so that we can keep our Hawaii limo service cheap and affordable for all our VIPs year-round.
